Yikes. Before I go to the doc to be put on meds, I’m curious about the use of CoQ10 to lower high blood pressure. Anybody had success with it?? I am reading that you use 100 mg twice a day.

They are going to monitor it a few weeks, and we will see if I need meds. There were also other natural things to take like: fish oil, cayenne, onions, apple cider vinegar, which most also come in pill form. I am also cutting salt and excercises 30 minutes a day.
