I have found that making sure you get enough potassium in your diet really helps to regulate blood pressure. Drinking Orange juice (not sunny delight) is a fast, easy way to add potassium to your diet. those tropicana fruit smoothie drinks in the yogurt section are even better. Also, try to reduce the amount of caffeine that you consume.
